Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method. We strive to ship orders within 7 days after receiving (custom orders excluded).

Domestic shipping can then take up to 7 business days. For international shipping your order generally takes up until 14 business days to arrive. If you need anything deliver before a certain date; don't hesitate to reach out! Hopefully we can make something work.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping, (unfortunately excluding The United States of America, because of tax and custom clearings issues).

Please note that any extra costs upon delivery, such as tax and custom clearings declarations, are the customer's to bear. If you are unsure whether your order may contain extra costs we suggest to consult your government's customs website.

What if my order is lost?

If your order is misplaced by the postal services, or is otherwise untraceable; please contact the postal service with your tracking number! Since we do not have access to the tracking and shipping information provided, we unfortunately can't help you much with recovery..

If a package is officially reported missing by the post we will gladly help you further in sending a replacement. (Please note that in the holiday season, packages may take longer to arrive than usual!)

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Generally, we do! However we ask to consult our return policy, and/or contact us if there is an issues with your order.

Is it possible to return/exchange items at an event?

Generally, we do not return/exchange items purchased online at your events or conventions, unless agreed upon! The same is true for if you've bought something at an event and would later like to exchange it online.

So if you want to size down your sweater, or rather take home a different color mug and would like to so physically; please contact us! Our contact info can be found here!

What if my order arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry to hear that! If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo at lotsofloeff@gmail.com within 2 days, and we’ll make it right.

Do you accept custom orders/commissions?

We do!

Since all our ceramics are made and painted by hand, designs and colors can be adjusted for you specifically! So whether you'd like a mug with your cat in a wizard hat, a ceramic dice tower tailored to your wishes; or simply an existing design with other colors; we're all game!

During the year it might be the case we have to close our commissions to manage workloads and waiting time; this will always be communicated on our social media and on the website! If you're interested in getting a specially made Loeff item; e-mail us at lotsofloeff@gmail.com

Please note that prices for commissions will be higher than our market prices, depending on the nature of the commission.

Are your ceramic products dishwasher safe?

Yes! Since our ceramic goods are fired in a 1000 degrees kiln, they will easily survive the dishwasher and microwave! Just be careful while loading and unloading your goods to avoid chipping.

Lastly we'd like to share that even though your ceramics will survive the dishwasher just fine; hand-wash is always preferred to ensure your pieces survive the longest.
